Mayor bill peduto and his team know *exactly* what they’re doing with their latest mailer. It is a textbook example of using filters, re-coloring, and effects to make a Black man look darker, menacing, and aggressive. This mailer was designed to exploit and affirm racial bias.

Another reason we need to take a closer look at how we are educating….
