If you have a business account with T Mobile be forewarned that their customer service is the worst. Your calls are routed to reps in the Philippines who are just horrible. They promise one thing then it changes. I have been going through this for over a month.

T Mobile: Is it too much to ask for to get a rep in the states if you have a business account? The reps in the Philippines are incapable to fixing the problems which you all have created. Time to take my business account somewhere else.
