The teacher shortage is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. The sub shortage is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. The support staff shortage is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. The custodial staff shortage is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. The bus driver shortage is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. The concern & burden is 🆁🅴🅰🅻. Many are doing multiple jobs daily to make it through.

stop calling teachers heroes without giving them the support, resources, and pay they need/deserve.

America is not well. Never has been. Navigate things from this reality. Focus on your wellness and the wellness of those around you. Community Care will save us.
