Each person's diagnosis is unique.  That means each #caregiver's journey is also unique. I wish I could give absolute answers, the reality is that no one can. I hope you find enough info here that you can begin to build an action plan that is right for you & your household.

If you want to support a caregiver, take something off their plate. Anything!  💢 Send over dinner. 💢 Pick up groceries. 💢 Cut the grass. 💢 Pick the kiddos up from school. 💢 Wash the dishes. One less thing to do is a really BIG deal to a #caregiver.
