It's British & Irish Lions week at The Sports & Memory Cafe Cardiff Rugby . Alzheimer's Society Cymru Tuesday 5th August 11am supporting people living with dementia and their carers.

Great to see Cardiff academy graduate Iestyn Harris back playing for Pontypridd yesterday. The hooker retired from professional rugby at Exeter on medical grounds last summer and spent last season doing S&C with Ponty but has re-laced the boots up this pre-season.
