PCMA Let’s start by eliminating the unnecessary $23B slice then and move forward from there. Let’s pay the PBM a fair .23 transaction fee and let the rebates disappear correcting the inflated drug pricing.

The PBMs are out of control, and Congress has to step in and fix this. Take away the anti-trust exemption, do not allow payers to own PBMs, and do not allow PBMs to own pharmacies.

Is it still considered a “benefit” to a patient if PBMs are jeopardizing patient safety?
