3 new birds for our backyard mini-farm. We didn't know what variety these were until after we got them. Ayam Cemani, an Indonesian breed. When the sun hits them just right their feathers have a greenish blue sheen.

Non-music post... using the venison sausage I made a while ago, I made sausage gravy, which I put on top of some from-scratch biscuits. Not many foods are more southern than biscuits and gravy. What food do you think is more southern than that?

We've been waiting a couple years for our yucca to bloom. Looks like it's about to pop!

My son and I play on the worship team at church each month, but since he got his own car we don't get scheduled at the same time much. But last Sunday we got to be on stage together again. He got on the big screen with a full-body shot, I was shown as a left hand. lol!
