So bought an internal capture card. Elgato 4Kpro. NES works but no audio. PS5 works but no video (even with HDCP turned off or using a powered splitter ) I’m confused heavily

RIP Startech USB3.0. Capture device was causing BSOD o. My new PC. I have an internal one now but it won’t get audio from my NES or SNES at all. Gets audio from PS5 and my MiSter.
