This sort of outreach shouldn’t be necessary. It’s high time Harrisburg does what’s right and passes a budget that fully funds public transit across our commonwealth. Families across Philly rely on SEPTA to get to school & work. It is vital for the health of Pennsylvania.

My annual camp is in its 14th year, and is truly my favorite part of the year. It’s an honor and a privilege to watch so many young people learn and grow together.
