We’re delivering 150, 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom mixed-tenure homes at Newbury Farm, along with 300 sqm of community and commercial space to help create a vibrant & sustainable neighbourhood. 60 of the homes will be council homes - 45 at 60% of market rent and 15 at 80%.

Last summer, we ran Youth Engagement Workshops with Greater Cambridge Partnership YES, working with 30 Year 6 pupils from St Paul’s C of E Primary on ideas for outdoor spaces in our Princess & Hanover Courts proposals. Best designs were awarded & an art exhibition celebrated their creativity!

In addition to delivering homes, we have completed 3 new community centres at our Campkin Road, Ironworks, and Meadows developments. At East Barnwell, we’re building 120 council homes plus a new community centre, library, pre-school & commercial space over 2 phases. #Cambridge

At Fanshawe Road we will be delivering 45 council & 39 market sale homes, designed to Passivhaus-equivalent performance standards, ensuring energy efficiency & sustainability. All the homes will have views of green open space and there will be enhanced pedestrian & cycle routes.

#Throwback to the completion of our first 21 Passivhaus-accredited council homes at Fen Road, Borrowdale and Ditton Fields in Cambridge. The 3 developments were delivered through funding agreements with Homes England, supporting the creation of new council homes across the city.

At East Barnwell, we will be revitalising two sites to provide new community facilities and 120 modern, sustainable gas free council homes. We're also creating a vibrant community hub with a new library, preschool facilities, public open spaces, new shops and/or a café Cambridge City Council
