This is a beautiful lotus flower visualization that I did with my Grade 3 students. They were so engaged and the energy in the room was truly beautiful.

This was one of the coolest ones I’ve seen. Think of how profound this is for an 8 year old to say. It brought chills to my body. How insightful.

Just going through some of their journals now. I can’t remember which meditation or visualization this is paired with but their reflections are profound! This is one of my students who is so gifted with an open mind. Their entries are always breathtaking.
