Dr 'Masechele Khaketla became the first Mosotho to obtain a degree (BA). She obtained it from Fort Hare University. She also co-founded Iketsetseng Private School, Lesotho’s first private school. She also became the first Mosotho woman to obtain a doctorate and a drivers licence.

I'm not sure how feasible this is, but to enhance access to public information, I think govt’s website and those of govt institutions should be zero-rated. E.g, Bureau of Statistics and CBL host valuable information on their websites that people should be able to access freely.
