Rate cuts aren't coming for a bit. Probably not even September. Yet asset prices remain strong & keep making ATHs. What does that tell us? Fine, I'll help: it tells us that imminent rate cuts aren't a driver of this bull market and that other catalysts are more meaningful.

The Fed should cut. I've been saying it for awhile now. But what I think the Fed "should" do is very different than what I think the Fed "will" do... and what I think they will do is continue to pause. I've been saying all year that we're at least 3-6 months away from a cut.
