Today, Japanese Yen #usdjpy spiked to ¥160.24, now sank like a stone to under ¥156, I can only guess the BOJ intervened today - but will it matter? It’s already starting to go up again. Crazy times! This has a massive impact on Japanese domestic businesses 😞 - and tourists 😃💸

Japan's JR East Railway reveals the next stage of their redevelopment plan for Harajuku Station, complete with miniature recreation of Harajuku's iconic wooden station building. The new shopping complex and wooden station building are scheduled to open in winter of 2026.

The Yen rate's spiked even more. 📈
