Yeah sure silly little walks can help but some of us can’t move well. It perpetuates the “have you tried yoga/running” myth but also that if we’re not exercising we’re not trying hard enough.

We don't need tips to help us sleep. We need a functioning NHS and a government that isn't demonising people with mental health problems and threatening to take their benefits away.
