Incredible it seems this may happen because Rubiales put his misogyny on such brazen display. If Spain can get entire player pool + youth players on board, like #USWNT in 1999, it'll be powerful. Again, I tell that story in my book but hope Spain takes it further. RFEF is rotten.

Spain are the new Women's World Cup champs. Truthfully, Spain looked like the far better team tonight, and other than Japan destroying them in the group, they looked like one of the best teams here. Japan deserves a consolation prize for crushing the eventual #FIFAWWC winner.
