Very thankful the Province will increase vaccine supply to hot spots like Peel as part of new #COVID19 measures. But closing playgrounds, soccer fields, tennis & golf? That’s just unfair. What would have been fair, and effective, is mandated paid sick leave for essential workers.

The Province needs to immediately allocate 50% of all vaccines to hot spots. And implement a #PaidSickDays program that doesn’t disrupt workers’ wages. This is what science is telling us to do. This is how we protect workers & our vulnerable. This is how we prevent deaths.
