From Abacus Data: 40% of Ontarians oppose the use of the Notwithstanding Clause to clear encampments while just 12% strongly agree with it. Overall, 69% of Ontarians are opposed, neutral, or unsure. Just 1 in 5 Doug Ford supporters strongly agree with the use of the Clause.

Joining Guelph and St. Thomas, Chatham-Kent has flipped their position on the use of the Notwithstanding Clause to clear encampments, which under Doug Ford remains on the table. We have successfully flipped three municipalities whose Mayors requested the use of the Clause!
