3/23/22 - Live ABs. 78-80. Starting to ramp up for the season.

1/27/22 - Walk-Ins to start to feel slope. Worked on staying in back leg and glute and moving linear.

11/7 - Working on a more efficient direction towards the plate w/ the Core Velocity Belt . Lot of progress being made.

12/12 - First relatively high intent day of the off-season. Mixed in plyos and weighted baseballs w/ Carson Cross . Excited to see what comes next as I ramp up.

First High Intent Bullpen of the Off-Season. Messing around with mechanics, especially those that involve direction towards the plate. Overall a great first touch and feel pen with Carson Cross

Some clips from my most recent bullpen. I’ve been working on getting my arm more on time and getting to extension more efficiently to minimize some of the cut on my fastball. Also worked in a couple of breakers spinning them up to 2500rpm. Great pen. Carson Cross 603evo
