I’m in awe of people who directly ask others to do something. I start by apologizing for bothering them, ask if they’d mind if I ask a question, reassure there’s no rush but WHEN THEY HAVE A CHANCE, could they move their car because it’s on my foot? Then I worry I made them mad.
