Went hiking with my sister on my recent vacation to Austria. We ended up hiking for a few hours up to a mountain top in the Alps and then enjoyed a picnic near a flock of sheep. I also snuck in a few pape pics and took some epic videos of the area. #EnnGrateful #EnnaAlouette

Made some Oklahoma onion smash burgers topped with bacon and cheese. The beef tallow renders out and slow cooks the onions while keeping the patty really juicy. 32/10 would recommend. So sorry if you see this after saying you're trying to eat healthy rn..#Boennappetit #Here4Enna

I made some spicy and sweet Italian sausage, peppers, and onions over mashed potatoes for myself and Zutt recently. When its been as cold as it has been where I live recently hearty and hot food over loads of starch really hits the spot and keeps you full. #Boennappetit

Made braised pork shoulder tacos with all the fixings. Started with a fresh avocado and lime crema sauce, tomato, chopped sweet onions, lettuce, cilantro, cheese and sour cream. I also made a 2nd plate to share with my roommate who confirmed these were fire. #Boennappetit

Made 2 different types of wings for dinner. First was a garlic honey and Thai chili glazed wing with curled scallions. The second was buffalo wings on a bed of buttermilk ranch dipping sauce with celery sticks and scallion. Both with a side of coleslaw. #Boennappetit
