I have never felt comfortable sharing my cancer story before, however, after a very positive 2022 I really feel like I need to give thanks to all those who helped and supported me during a very difficult time.

To everyone at NHS England, @NHSHarlow and the Williams Day Unit, no amount of words will ever be enough to thank you all for the support you have given me and my family in the last four years!
