The same guy has now removed his shoes and his socks are absolutely bowfin’. The white to grey to black gradient is not intentional.

'Your evidence as an expert makes my client look like he's lying so you must be biased' may not go down in legal history as the best ever line of attack.

EXCLUSIVE: Glasgow United boss Hugh Kelly wanted to clear David Goodwillie's name, so instigated a leak of confidential medical reports relating to his victim. Iain Orr posted the documents on X thecourier.co.uk/fp/news/courts…

Instead of getting reporters bums on seats in court, some outlets are relying on office-bound reporters lifting copy from reporters who were actually there with barely a word changed - a morally dubious and journalisticly dangerous practice IMO.

Detail in some police releases and media reports is quite shocking when it comes to anonymity of victims of sex offences, ie. stating a man has been convicted of raping 'his partner' and then giving info about that relationship, such as the date they met and how long together.

This is nonsense. 1 The PM had no involvement at all 2 She pleaded guilty and lost her appeal 3 The Courts are independent of politics

Good morning from Nottingham Crown Court where the first case of the day has seen a judge comment: "If ever there was a miserable way to start the week it is setting a trial for 2027"

Natalie Fahy I don't care your politics, I don't. You can agree with me, disagree with me, have ideas I think are wrong, and I'll still respect your viewpoint. Democracy works because all voices are heard. But a party trying to shutdown scrutiny? Genuinely chilling. x.com/nat_fahy/statu…

The second time this summer that police in Dundee have had to issue a plea for people to stop sharing misinformation. Social media is out of control and no one is interested in doing anything about it.

Kirsty McIntosh A magistrate I know told me of a thief in Norwich who, when asked why he stole 2 of the same electrical items from Boots, replied that there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer on at the time. 🤦‍♂️

Arguing with a Freeman of the Land/Sovereign Citizen is like playing chess with a pigeon - they’re gonna knock over all the pieces, sh*t on the board and still think they’ve won.
