It was a good day.... (sunrise pics)

This is a good time for early season soybean variety evaluations for IDC. A solid defensive soybean that did not need supplementary iron in the first photo. The second photo is a different variety that looked fairly defensive last year. We're doing some strip trials with it.

Watching aerial spray planes still amazes me. These pilots are the best (and crazy - IMO!)

A little helotropic action is happening with these flowers as they are following the sunrise early this morning.

Our best soybean field while the storm last week ripped a lot of leaves. This field is also the cleanest. Waterhemp has been almost impossible to control this year.

Air fryer homemade potato chips, and they turned out really well! They have to be somewhat healthier, right?

Neighbor's sunflower field, not ours. I think it's a sulfur deficiency issue, but the borders are so well defined. Only the newest leaves are yellow, the older leaves are green and normal.

It's been three weeks since I posted garden photos. The Yukon Gold potatoes look nice sized already.
