Occurs to me that I’ve now been laid off from 2 dif teams who used a lightning bolt as their insignia (S/O to my Thunderdomers). BUT both ⚡️ teams were also gratifying, career-changing experiences. So, if there are any lightning bolt jobs out there, I think I’m your guy? HMU

Congrats on making it to the weekend - especially to the Curation fam. There is plenty we can be angry about, but much more to be thankful for. I’ll drink to that tonight.

As you might have read, Twitter’s Curation team - which I led - was disbanded last week. 🧵 The multilingual team, located in 9 cities, provided content intelligence for ML-driven products, trends context and highlighted credible content when Twitter really needed it.

Pssst! Whoever the tweep is that has landed Curation's old job during the mid-term elections: You only need to hyphenate "up to date" if it's a compound modifier before a noun.

For laid off tweeps: In case you don’t have someone to tell you this, your feelings are valid. Your sadness, fear, anger, joy, happiness. If you want to take these months to work on your mental and physical health, it’s valid. If you want to start job searching now, that’s valid.
