Athletes: EVERYONE meeting after school in commons at 3:00 pm. You either have a run in the morning Waters Edge or practice in the afternoon. Saturday is the Extravaganza at 6:15 am (that's sleeping in) at Ironwoods Park. Know your team - White or Gold.

Wear your BVXC shirts tomorrow to school. FIRST MEET TOMORROW @ JCCC You get out of class at 1:15 and buses leave at 1:45. All information is on the website whereas the meet sheet is. Stay hydrated and be ready to compete!

There IS practice today 3:15 and Tuesday at 6:30 for EVERYONE. Monday is off site required for VARSITY and optional for those who want to get better and run. You are only allowed 3 excused absences a season. This sport is to hard to not be here. Details are on the website.
