Our Saturday passport fair was a big hit. 45+ passport applications processed. We do passports Monday through Friday, but if a Saturday works better for you, our next Saturday passport fair will be April 12th. Appointments fill up fast!

The "I Voted" Sticker Design Contest is Back in County of Butte! Open to K-12 students, one design will be chosen by a public vote to be our "I Voted" sticker for the 2026 elections. Submission Form and Rules at buttevotes.net

After an unexpected power outage this morning forced the office to close, power has been restored. The Hall of Records will re-open at 1:30pm.

The location of the Voter Assistance Center in Gridley has changed. The new location: Butte County Fairgrounds, Feather Room 199 E. Hazel St Gridley, CA 95948 A complete list of locations can be found at buttevotes.net

All five of our voter assistance centers will be open starting tomorrow November 1st. You can find their locations along with all of our ballot drop boxes at buttevotes.net

Mail Ballot Reminder: If you are mailing your ballot, please do so today (11/3). USPS will then postmark it tomorrow (11/4). It must be postmarked by 11/4 to be counted. If you still have your ballot on 11/4, please use one of our official drop boxes or drop it off in person.
