One thing or another I have postponed publishing my poetry book; but recently I just finished putting all my poems together ;now just having a few people proofread it 🤓 and do a few more updates 🪄then I should be ready to publish it on Amazon ✨🫶🏽‼️❣️#futureauthor ✨✨

a girl on tik tok just said "i would rather adjust my life to your absence, than adjust my boundaries to accommodate your disrespect" and i think that a lot of people need to take that and really engrave it into their soul.

I use to accidentally accept the bare minimum trying to be understanding of what people have going on. That's over with. My loyalty keeps me in situations my common sense should’ve took me out of.

im really not the same woman from a few months ago like im so intune with myself & my feelings & i absolutely love it.

I recommend doing life with people who genuinely care about and like/love you (romantic, platonic, family). Life is easier with a community of people who are truly supportive of you. Stay around people who bring out your best self.

I'm a very simple woman, but I'm a very specific woman. I know what I like and how I like it.

I no longer see grief as something to overcome or heal. I let it stay. I’ve found a place for it. The pain of remembrance is the mark of love, and I want that love to remain untouched by time.
