My take on this issue: I believe if the data that Toni Wahrstätter ⟠ produced is valid when discriminating home stakers, that shows that reorgs and bandwidth on normal operations are *not* a problem and are just anecdotal situations 1/3

The use of the min-bid flag becomes increasingly risky in the context of relay timing games. For example, if a proposer requests a header at 0 seconds and the relay delays by 1 second and responds with a low bid at 1 second, the proposer now has less time to propagate its block.
