Spoke in Sweden at ADPD conf on "Immunotherapy of AD by Modulation of Innate Immunity." Beginning initial trials of nasal Protollin to induce monocytes to clear Aβ and nasal anti-CD3 (Foralumab) to dampen microglial activation. So exciting to move the animal work to AD patients!

I am sharing this perspective from a nature article about the process of peer review. There is a need for balance, rigour but thoughtful request for additional evidence when is truly needed. Despite all of this reproducibility in science is low, especially in top journals.
