FOR MY NEW FOLLOWERS I picked up several because I had a couple of popular posts. No politics here, just fun stuff (this is your "safe space" 😆). Old movies, old TV shows, old songs, drawings, bad jokes. Glad to have you here. Sending love to all.

This is just my opinion, but I say the new "enhancements" are ruining the film's cinematic aesthetic every bit as much as colorization, adding voices to silent movies, or turning original 2-D movies into 3-D.

Throwback Thursday - In 1959 when Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd and Jacques Tati were at the Oscars. Tati was the Oscar winner that year and requested the presence of his two heroes at the ceremony. The following year, Buster was finally presented with an honorary Academy Award.

The title of this scene should be: 'How NOT to Saddle A Mule'... or 'Kiss Your Ass Goodbye'. #GoWest1925 #BusterKeaton and one very tolerant mule.
