It’s April--we should have asparagus toward the end of the month. Details to follow. Typically a May-June crop, it now starts in late April.

Burroughs Farm stand open this week for asparagus: Fri. 2-6 and Sat. 11-2, or until sold out, which usually happens first. Hope to see you.
