I've got leap second support working in Jiff. Both for roundtripping through datetimes and for computing correct intervals.

Does anyone know of other datetime libraries that would pass the same asserts?

regex-automata is described as an 'expert' level crate.

Times before, I wrote Perl, but I'm not a regex expert, nor do I know this crate much. However, getting things done with intuition is smooth, largely because Andrew Gallant has well documented it.
