A1: I love the ANCHOR conversation section from #LeadLAP by @bethhouf and Shelley Burgess. Getting in classes early and often and starting by dropping those anchors of appreciation can be a great culture builder.

A1: I leave a written note, but keep the comments as appreciations or noticings. Anything that can be perceived as negative I prefer to talk through to ensure there isn’t a misunderstanding of meaning. #LeadLAP

A1: To me one of the keys is that if the only time admin is in a classroom it is for an evaluation, that leads to a culture of anxiety and distrust. Teachers feel...judged. Oddly enough, the MORE admin is in my room, the better I feel about them maybe seeing something go wrong

I learned this from the #LeadLAP chat. I leave sticky notes (in my signature pink!) with an "I noticed" statement to help Ts see there was an instructional decision they made that led to a➕outcome. I may also write a "Think about...I wonder", too, to start a conversation later.
