I’m new here and want to make friends and get blocked because I told the truth I really don’t understand, this isn’t good for my depression and anxiety

Currently using a ego twist device with a big baby beast on top. The maximum wattage output is 10w on the device. For some reason I’m not getting any flavour. Could it be the tank or the device ? Maybe I should upgrade to a snow alien ?
