We firmly believe that we have one of the best chef teams in Ireland. They are super-talented and hard working and have helped make #bulletrestaurant one of the 'go to restaurants' in Dublin. Our chefs are also some of the oldest working chefs around. Because of their age profile

our chefs are in the at risk category of this terrible disease. We believe the safest route forward is to pause what we are doing in Bullet to allow time for it to pass and for our team to return to work when it safe to do so. We have taken the difficult decision to close bullet
