Does foam rolling work ? 😀To improve range of motion in the lower limb 💃🏃🏿‍♀️… it needs at least 90 secs 3 x per week 🕰️. Prescribed over at least 4weeks 🚧 … this is a positive adjunct for rehab …. But give it time 🕰️& set Pt 😊expectations ⛑️ pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35616852/
