Pbm reimburses indy pharmacy -$10.32 (yes negative) pbm charges patient a copay of $16.26, but get this, pbm charges the employer $16.26 also. Employer paid higher price, patient paid higher price, pharmacy lost. Guess who won. Yup. Pbm. Every damn time.
