A5 Decision on Monday The narrative of the A5 road is a harrowing and tragic one of death and injury. Families devastated by the out-workings of its construct. The families' hopes are that after the case decision on Monday, the new road can finally be given the go-ahead.

On what was obviously a disappointing day for the A5 Enough is Enough team we will now take time to consider in full the report of Justice McAlinden. We believe we have offered a voice for the victims of this terrible road and with your support we will to continue to do so.

Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins has told reporters at Stormont it's her intention to appeal a High court ruling that the A5 cannot go ahead because it doesn't comply with the 2022 Climate Change Act. The Minister says she will need NI Executive approval. #UTV
