i feel like so many people don’t realise how much being introverted and having social anxiety impacts you because it is ruining my life

OCD is so underdiagnosed probably because people think it’s about fridge handles not lining up and stuff

Life got better when I got back on meds, and started living my life in the way thats best for me instead of worrying about what others think of me all the time.

a friend throwing shade, trying to embarrass you, having secret animosity etc over small things that could always be talked about is very telling & nowhere near a friend, but we move.
