Jordan Burroughs Anyone can train when they want to. Whether you reach your potential or not will be determined not by whether you train when you feel like training, but by how you behave when you DON’T feel like training. The best train regardless of how they might feel that day. - John Danaher

There’s an OK HS that I love/hate to ref at because they have a 🔥 Dual setup. Here’s what they do: They use the small (louder) gym. They bring the seats close to the mat. They have a great announcer. They use a spotlight. They play music (no dead airtime). Their fans get rowdy.

A coach cannot force an athlete to be better. The athlete must choose it. Being successful is an OPPORTUNITY, not an obligation. WIN THE DAY!
