The spectacular structure of the protective armour of superbug #Cdiff revealed for the 1st time by @pssalgado (@MolMecNCL) Bug Slayers in Nature Communications shows the close-knit outer layer, like chain mail, protects the bug & provides a new target for drugs. ncl.ac.uk/press/articles…
