I just got back from a 3 day camp trip. It was brilliant. It took hours and hours of planning on top of our normal work loads. Much of it in our own time. At camp, we did 18-hour days, on our feet. We coordinated 80+ kids and ~20 adults. For this we get a $25 overnight allowance.
