First year mystery basket. Students were given bacon and sausage to make something with Langdon Sibley created maple ice cream with candied bacon and sausage for the top. It was fantastic. He also made the bowl as well Windsor Schools CTE

May not be a culinary picture but this young man had a great weekend. He weighed in for states at 5:30 in the morning and then traveled from Albany to Morrisville to compete in Skills, his hard work payed off. He placed 6th in the States and 2nd in Skills USA. Very proud of him.
