Nursery have finished a fantastic topic 'Kings and queens' with a Royal tea with our family and friends.

This afternoon, the fire service came to visit year 2! The children enjoyed learning about how the fire engine works and even got to have a go on the hose!🫧

In year 3 we are now learning about mountains. We started the topic by exploring maps to find out what they can show us!

In art, year 2 have been learning how to carve and sculpt! They enjoyed creating different leaf designs with clay.

In Maths, Year 3 have begun learning about volume and capacity. Today we practised reading the scales on measuring jugs to find the volume of liquid.
