Got a call from Prime's medicare plan concerned that a patient wasn't adherent to their cholesterol medication....asked me to please fill it for them...total reimbursement for a 90 day supply was 57 CENTS.

No independent is asking for the 6,000% mark-ups that PBMs pay themselves at their own pharmacies. We just need to make at least $12 a prescription so we can keep the doors open and continue to provide care. PBMs don't want NADAC plus because they want 6,000%
