my biggest 🚩 is that i’ve normalised silent treatment when im not in mood for a talk. i don’t really know how to express my feelings especially when im sad and hurt. i only talk to myself in my head about how i feel all the time.

it’s extremely important to learn how to be ok on your own. you have to learn how to pick yourself back up when you fall, provide for yourself, wipe ur tears away & make yourself happy. having people there for you is truly great but you can't depend on them to always be there

i think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser into someone with more boundaries can feel so weird. it's hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re actually just respecting your own feelings, because you’re so used to putting other people's feelings first
