$HIMS ability to sell compounded semaglutide now in question as FDA finally appears to have removed it from the shortage list (which is how telehealths like $HIMS have been able to sell a compounded version). Was expecting this is mid-January but delayed with new FDA

$FUBO post earnings stop hunt by market makers was absolutely vicious!! Classic risk reward. Earnings are irrelevant at this point. It’s all about $DIS deal approval & closing. 2x-4x in matter of weeks when announced (which could take months). Back to $1.50-$2.00 if it doesn’t.

$FUBO is coiling. While the actual deal with $DIS may not technically close until latter part of this year or early 2026, this is all about passing DOJ regulatory approval, which could happen soon (closing a mere formality after this). Approval day is a 2x-4x-in ONE day. Patience

Final nail in the $FUBO bear thesis this past week with the announced merger of Cox Cable & $CHTR. Likelihood of DOJ prohibiting $FUBO merger with $DIS is very low. 2x-3x the DAY the DOJ diligence is completed. Been accumulating HEAVY <$3. This week may be last best chance!

$HNST still an ABSOLUTE steal in the low-mid $5’s!! One of the best run Microcaps in the market has 2x-3x potential in next 12 months & will likely be an acquisition target sooner rather than later!! Stockpile shares at these levels especially if you can get it <$5 this week!

$FUBO will 2x-4x long before the formality of its legal closing w/ $DIS. Once the DOJ diligence is cleared the last bear thesis (& most significant risk) is gone. I’ve worked due diligence on major acquisitions before and this final hurdle will be cleared soon (next 2 mo. IMO).
