It was a sad day in Ranger Country. We said goodbye to some great people. Men that left their stamp on our program. Men that gave everything they had to get the Rangers back to a team that demands respect. It’s time for a new era of Rangers, but always with the shadow of the past

Team ‘25 got after it this morning for some speed training! We competed, we found leaders, we got faster.

We’re growing! And we are getting faster!

She’s a match up nightmare! Scouting report said “do not let her get into a rhythm.” The 4th grade Shoregals ended up on top in this year’s league tournament.

Great kid! Great family! I’m glad to see the hard work paying off. Congrats JD!

Congrats to Charlie! Love seeing a football guy break it. I coached some great shooters who shared that record of 8 in a game. Isa Abdul-Alim Brian Flanagan MJ Tom Hronis who did it twice!!

You don’t HAVE to play AAU as an underclassman. Colleges are NOT recruiting HS freshman or sophomores. You’re paying all this money to play on court G21 at 8:00am when there will be no college coaches there. Get in the weight room, work on your skills. Save money!

I’ve been to 2 playoff games this week and I still don’t know why we ref games differently in the playoffs than we do all season long. As a football guy, I love the physical play, but why not call it that way all season long?
