Sorry to say this, but probably my last order from Collars & Co. 1) Paid extra for fast delivery โ still no shirts after a week. 2) 16 promo emails, 0 order updates. 3) App is useless, just a sales funnel. Do you actually make shirts?! #CustomerExperienceFail
